The final Vision 2035 Q & A session will be held on Sunday December 14th in the Sanctuary from 12:45-2:00pm.  Everyone is welcome and we encourage you to join us in caring for the future direction of our church!

Additionally, please note that the previously mentioned Vision FAQ page has now been updated with responses to various submitted questions and posted at this link.

Hello everyone 大家好,

We are pleased to announce that the 7 council officer nominees were all successfully voted in, with a support of > 85%. The 2026 ECCC Budget has also been approved with 97% of the votes. Voter turnout this year was 76%. Thank you for everyone who participated in this year’s Annual General Meeting!

我們很感恩與大家分享2025愛福年會的投票結果。所有7位理事候選人均獲通過（贊成票達85％以上）。2026年度愛福財政預算亦以97％贊成票通過。今年的投票率為76％。謝謝眾弟兄姊妹參與今年的會友年會。

Dear ECCC members, 

We understand that the recent AGM Townhall meetings and Vision 2035 introduced some new plans and ideas so we welcome any feedback from our members. Additionally, the elders team has prepared a Theological Vision for E3C 2035 document which articulates the biblical context and foundation of the vision to help you understand it from a theological perspective.

If you have any questions or suggestions, please submit them using this google form link (ECCC members access only). The leadership team will monitor responses and will be working on compiling a FAQ page to address your submissions.  Please note that the videos from the Sep 27-28, 2025 AGM Townhall presentations are all posted for ECCC members to view at this link (please use the email you used for membership declaration to access).

English Congregation please note: the congregation-specific feedback form from last week has closed, but this church-wide feedback form can be used if you have any remaining questions or thoughts to express.

The ECCC Annual General Meeting this year will be on October 26th, 2025.

Relevant AGM documents can be accessed by ECCC members (using your declared email address) at this link. 

Voting will take place in person, however we encourage using the online proxy ballots to vote ahead of time. These proxy voter links below will be made available from October 5th - 19th.

The ECCC Annual General Meeting this year will be on October 26th, 2025. The agenda for the AGM will include: 

     - Election of 2026-2027 Council Officers 

     - Budget 2026

     - ECCC Church Vision

Relevant AGM documents can be accessed by ECCC members (using your declared email address), and will be posted at this link. 

There will be congregational townhall meetings held following the worship services on September 27th and 28th. For the English congregation, AGM related information will be presented on September 28th and a Question & Answer session will be held on the next week, following the October 5th worship service.
