October 26, 2015

  • The working drawings are 75% as of June 26 expecting to send the mechanical package out for tendering by July 10.
  • The construction crews are scheduled to mobilize for site preparation during the week of August 4 expecting demolition work to start in the week of August 10.

July 3, 2015

  • Despite our efforts to expedite, the City still has not completed reviewing our Development Permit application. With all of the indications and information we have, this permit is expected to be approved in the first week of July.
  • A contractor has collected samples and completed inspections of building for hazardous material assessment. The final assessment report is due on July 6.
  • We have successfully secured a line of credit with a bank providing sufficient coverage of any upsurge of payables during construction.
  • The Building Bond program is scheduled to roll out for subscriptions at the weekend of September 12 & 13.

June 26, 2015

  • We are still waiting for the City to approve our Development Permit. It is becoming critical as it would affect the overall project schedule and delay building permit application in later dates.

June 20, 2015

  • We are still waiting from the City for the final approval of Development Permit. All design work is proceeding as our Development Permit would be approved as is.
  • The working drawings are 35% as of May 29 anticipating 75% complete by July 3.
  • Application submitted to EPCOR for a higher capacity power supply to the site.
  • We are planning to conduct a hazardous building material assessment in early July in preparation for demolition work.
  • Rev. Henry, Shaw Zhang and Gilbert Work are leading the tasks of planning and setting up temporary offices for pastors during construction phase.
